l’hôte qui n'est pas au courant de la réservation , l'appartement forcement n'est pas prêt et 1 heure d'attente pour prendre Possession des lieux, en fin de journée c'est juste anormal surtout vu le prix de la prestation! Tout est cheap dans l'appartement et c'est dommage... heureusement d'autres établissement propose pour un meme prix des prestations bien supérieur. et puis le coté du paiement en liquide systématique alors que sur le site on peut payer en liquide ... trop c'est trop ...à fuir

L'environnement est correct.

- Les produits avariés dans les placards + œufs périmés et oignons pourris dans l armoire. - Le manque de propreté au niveau des sols, la vaisselle crasseuse dans les placards, un lave vaisselle pas vidé avec une vaisselle usée qui ne donne pas envie de s en servir, des draps de bain propre mais avec des tâches de " javel" , un canapé répugnant ( tâches d anciens ébats amoureux ect) alors que les housses sont lavables, un canapé lit déglingué,des crasses dans les tiroirs. - Une literie très "bas de gamme" . - Pas de télécommande à la télévision. - Odeur abominable dans les communs avec tâches suspectes sur la moquette du hall d'entrée.

Partie du mobilier pas en bon état, notamment le canapé convertible au salon qui était complètement cassé et l'état général du nettoyage n'était pas convenable.

La literie est très usagée, les lattes du lit se détaches et le canapé lit est complètement défoncé. L'appartement a besoin d'un rafraichissement peinture. Robinet sdb fuit.

Very friendly manager, speaks good English.

Very friendly manager, speaks good English. Apartment close to city center but in a nice quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds.

Wi-Fi was not really working, I couldn't use it at all. No shower curtain.

The apartment was very modern and beautiful.

The apartment was very modern and beautiful. It had a lot of kitchen utensils, making it convenient for us to make some meals during our stay. It was very comfortable as well. I would recommend the stay if you don't mind the location.

I didn't like the method of payment, which was via a bank transfer. I asked if it were possible to pay by cash, and the owner said it was. But he never showed up. I had to confer with booking.com for further steps. The location is not so great in terms of being near the city centre or any attractions. It is a few blocks away from the metro station and that's as good as its location may be. To get here and back from the airport is quite costly as well via taxi. Other than that the apartment was lovely.

Location is OK, near the metro station ( about 10 min) but you can also visit City without any transportation. Parking is about 800 m from site in price 14.30 EUR per day and about 3 EUR per day on weekend. Very quiet place, enough comfortable for a short staying.

The apartment is the right size for 1 or 2 persons.

The owner doesn't answer promptly to requests. I was 3 days without Wi-fi. When it came back, it was not really good. The shower has no curtain. When I was there, The temperature was 30 or more degrees. When I told him that fans would help make the rooms livable, he said it was not worth it. So, he does not care about the guests comfort.

I could check in later but the pin code on my reservation...

I could check in later but the pin code on my reservation was wrong anyway.

The trash can was full and they didn't even provide the toilet papers. Rest of the place was somehow clean.
